Kudos, first of all, for the first part in which I thought the confrontation with Luffy was expertly handled all around. Nami being the one to play her role strikes me as being very apt and all the flashbacks to earlier scenes and similarities made the moment all the more poignant.

Secondly, I really like how you portrayed just how bad of a spot Luffy's in mentally. He's buried his grief so very very deeply and I really feel bad for him.

Thirdly, I'm glad you're continuing this, although I know it must be a bit of a struggle in some regards given recent developments. I think your decision to make it divergent is a good one and does not lessen the impact of the story in any way.
