I'm very glad you liked it. And it means a lot to hear that you felt Franky was IC, because that kind of thing is pretty important to me when I write. (That being said, if someone doesn't feel right I hope people will tell me about it, too!) The normal exuberant Franky can be hard to write, IMO, but luckily he does have his thoughtful moments in canon. So that's what I was trying to capture here.
