Ohhhhhhhhh this was beautiful!! I love it! An origin story for the Devil Fruits and dealing with a crew being split apart and Usopp tells it so well and his audience is so involved in what he does and I love the little glimpses at how the others are reacting to the story, and what they add and want to know and - all of it, I love it! \o/

I especially love the hero who would give up his life for his crew, and his crew who refused to give up looking for him - and the god of the sea fearing them as much as he did, because nobody splits up a crew like that and succeeds!

I am very glad it didn't come to having the crew forget they ever knew their captain, because that would have been too sad.

Have one typo for you, too: "promiese".
