Google documents is pretty nifty. It's like having an editable word document up where more than one person can get at it. You don't appear to need gmail to have access--I'll send you a test invite to one of my docs. Just poke me at dragoncat at gmail dot com to tell me yours :D

Though if you don't like it (or it doesn't work), I don't have a problem emailing stuff either!
