Genderswap One Piece fan art

rainsometimesI've drawn some genderswap pics of Luffy, Sabo, and Ace (or "Ann") as kids. Posting them here behind the cut. Suggestions for improvement and other feedback much appreciated!
As you will see, several of the pics are blatantly based on canon art.
I have for the sake of ease assumed that the characters will have much the same life stories as in canon, which might well not be true. For instance, would Garp and/or Dadan have been softer on little girls than on boys? Might Roger's shadow have weighed ever-so-slightly lighter on Ann?
First up is Portgas D. Ann. Here the only things I changed was the eyes and - slightly - the hair length. Quite possibly this will look more like ordinary Ace in a different art style, but I honestly couldn't think of anything else that seemed in character.
The top image was first drawn and posted a year ago. It was inspired by a set of AU fics byeiliem, naye and shayera; and in turn it inspired me later to go on drawing the whole gang as little badass girls, though I took my time about it. (All the other pics in this post are brand new.)
Next we have Sabo (or should that be "Sabine"? "Sabie"?). Sabo's more elaborate outfit both allowed for and seemed to invite more modifications, though none of them are very feminine.
And then Luffy! Who was both the toughest and the most fun to do.

And finally, though I do think they're all likely to go with trousers or shorts as the most practical for their lifestyle, I couldn't resist just one simple sketch where they're in skirts or dresses by choice. I think Sabo pulls it off the best (ironically, since she'd be the one forced to wear them in her past.)
