On what Strawhats call one another

rainsometimesI really should know this... does anyone know right off the bat if Franky calls Chopper "Reindeer" or "Reindeer-bro" - or some other nickname - in canon? I'm pretty sure he does in Enies Lobby, but I can't recall if he does so after that.
...Speaking of which (goes to daydreams), know what would be a neat thing to have? Some kind of resource page that describes the speaking patterns of all the Strawhats, and maybe also other prominent characters, including both what each of them call their crewmates and how the various crewmates refer to each of them. Preferably made by one or several people who would know Japanese well, with a feel for nuances - and who would have a very good knowledge of the One Piece manga in its original, of course. Maybe titles and nicknames could be given not just in translation (which would be essential) but in the original Japanese as well, for extra info.
For instance: Luffy refers to everyone in his crew by first name only, no honorifics.
His speaking in general is very casual and unselfconscious to everybody, with a slight tough-guy tint to it (I think), but he seldom uses coarser swearwords, at least going by the translations I've seen (I could well be wrong!). He often refers to people outside his crew by nicknames he makes up himself, whether it's because he doesn't pay much attention to names or because he just likes it better.
Others in his crew refers to him as:
Luffy-san - Brook; and also Vivi
Strawhat ("Mugiwara") - Franky
Captain - manga Robin occasionally, anime Robin more often, but I think both Robins just use "Luffy" now all the time (??)
Just plain Luffy - all the rest, except occasionally when acknowledging his captain status
And so on. Or maybe presented in a different order; whatever would work best.
For all I know there may already be some site like that out there, but I've only seen bits and pieces of this kind of info. Again, this is just me daydreaming out loud, but it would be pretty nice if something like this existed. ;)
