Ranma 1/2: One Page Per Volume, Part 29

This is from the Pink & Link story, featuring two herbalist twins from a village that's neighbour to the Amazon village of Joketsuzoku*. Link's the always-frowning expert at medicinal plants, Pink's the always-smiling sadistic expert at poisonous plants who poisons people for fun. They've turned up have a grudge against Shampoo since childhood, and they've made their way to Japan determined to have their revenge. They also target Ranma, in the mistaken belief that he and Shampoo are married. Right before this page, they succeeded in drugging Shampoo to fall asleep and believed they had her at their mercy.

Shampoo's not perfectly innocent herself in the situation - when are any of these characters, ever? - but I have always been impressed by her being able to beat up the twins in her sleep, as seen here. (Or more accurately, hinted here: it's on the next page that we find out she's not even awake at this point.) Now that is badass.

*As it was usually rendered in fandom. But that's the Japanese version of the name. There's a Chines version too which I unfortunately can't remember. (Though the villagers probably don't speak Han Chinese as their native language, I'm guessing.)
