Fic: You Could Turn This Way (Gintama)

I wrote a Gintama fic! And posted it to AO3 two days ago, in fact. I'm posting it here as well, now, though I'm not sure if anyone interested will even see it here.

Spoilers/setting: Set a few years before the start of canon, spoils nothing beyond Mitsuba's backstory

Flavour: Aiming for quiet and contemplative

AUTHOR'S NOTES: This fic is set a few years before the start of the canon, with no particular spoilers beyond Mitsuba’s arc. The title of the fic comes from one English translation of a classic haiku: You could turn this way/I am also lonely/This autumn evening (Bashō).
