Werewolf pic inspired by werewolf fic

rainsometimesI drew a picture based on my own fic "Give The Wolf At Your Door An Onigiri Or Two", previously posted here in two parts (Part 1, Part 2). It doesn't illustrate any one moment exactly, it's more of a general take.
When I was still working on the fic, I wasn't sure if I'd be able to finish in time and half-planned to make fanart of the same idea instead, drawing up a few sketches. I ultimately was able to finish the fic, but in my head the fanart version feels "right" too, and I wound up returning to the idea and finished painting it in analogue yesterday and retouching it digitally today. (I've also made a few looser sketches inspired by the story that I wound up posting elsewhere back in June, but which felt a little too loose for Dreamwidth.)
