*scqueeeeeel* OMG!!!! Thank you so much, such an adorable drawing. (you really have a gift there, I hope to see many more from you in the future. Please never let this talent go to waste.) It's so cute. I LOVE the kitty, I would adopt it right away, both of them actually lol. It looks very content and happ in his arms. (This kitty is the King just like Hattori is the Pimp! lol)

And Paulie is definitely Paulie but his smile reminds me of Garp for some reason. lol Nevertheless... he IS happy just like I'm right now. Thank you so much, I think yours is the most unexpected gift today. :)

I actually had another idea as well where the kitten was eyeing a nervous-looking Hattori hungrily, but then I decided to go with this instead. ^_^

You're right - he DOES look a bit Garpish! Even though I did have some manga panels (well...I could only find two) of a laughing/widely grinning Paulie. He should look like that more often. XD

(Which reminds me - forgot to say before that I'm really happy you're interested in seeing my poor rough unfinished Paulie/Usopp (well...no, not really ;p) fic draft. I'm going to go over it one more time and see if I can come up with SOME sort of ending after all, then send it to you probably tomorrow or Monday.)

Is it ok if I make an icon with the kitty? It would look awesome on some kind of glitter background. And then it will take over the world... *falls victim to Shigan Ouren*

My immediate reaction is that I'd feel very flattered! And I drew it for you in the first place, so of course you can do what you like with it. ;)

That being said, as you can see it's very rough and sketchy here, and an inked version would probably look better icon-wise, I'm thinking. So you might consider waiting for an updated pic...

Once I'd inked it, however, I realised that "hey, this is far too big to be a kitten. It's a cat!" So I made two versions, one with the original size, one with the feline shrunk down in Photoshop.;)



They're all yours: you're welcome to retouch and adjust them as you see fit!
