rainsometimesI've been looking at manga that I have read and liked/enjoyed/loved/were awestruck by which both started in the period 2010-2019 and finished then, plus are ones where I personally have been able to read them to the end. There weren't actually all that many!
Disclaimer that I have a bad memory and may very well be forgetting several gems I ought to include. And obviously there are great many titles out there that I haven't read.
Still, here's my top ten list of mangas that fit the above criteria!
Honourable Mention: "Les Miserables", manga adaptation of the classic novel by Hirohiko Arai. One of the best adaptations of a novel into comics that I've read, and all the more impressive for adapting such a huge, wordy novel. But it's hard to compare adaptations to original works.
The competition between #2 and #3 was strong and could well have gone the other way, but I didn't hesitate when it came to the top spot.
